When you think of the Palast, the impressive Grand Shows or Young Shows probably come to mind. But behind all the glamour is an admin department that ensures everything goes smoothly behind the scenes. The team’s tasks are varied and the roles are accordingly cross-functional – extending across all departments at the Palast.

No other department has such a broad range of tasks. Under the leadership of Guido Herrmann, we devote our expertise and passion to the variety of tasks that running a theatre involves. Whether it’s accounting, contracting, facility management, catering, IT or human resources – we’ve got it all covered.
