For us, it’s all about guest satisfaction – because ‘Guest Happiness’ isn’t just a buzzword, it’s our goal! When the theatre hall is filled with nearly 1,900 delighted faces and they can all escape their everyday lives for a few hours, we know we’ve got it right.

In the Marketing, Sales & PR directorate led by Natascha Lecki, the focus is on communication with our guests. From first learning about the Palast and our shows on flyers and posters, right up to social media. And we are of course also here to help our guests choose their seats and purchase tickets. We do our very best every day to be Germany’s most guest-friendly theatre.
