Under the leadership of our Technical Director, Thomas Herda, five talented teams work to keep the stages, lighting, sound, machinery and electrics running smoothly. Together, they ensure that every performance is an unforgettable experience – not only on the stage, but also behind, beneath and above it – at dizzying heights of up to 30 metres!

Whether it’s creating the perfect acoustics for a rousing vocal performance, making the stage shine with impressive lighting effects, or controlling the complex machinery that brings the show to life, our technicians are always at the heart of the action. With their creativity and technical expertise, they constantly push the boundaries of what is possible to thrill the audience time and time again. They were even honoured with an OPUS Award for the FALLING | IN LOVE Grand Show as the German theatre with the most innovative show.
